Approach
Foy and Associates provides turnkey event coordination, from concept and stakeholder engagement to evaluation. Our past projects include in-person, virtual, and hybrid events ranging from multi-day multi-track conferences to single speaker occasions with highly engaged niche audiences. Our approach is to develop and deliver a program in keeping with an organization’s mission that participants find engaging and illuminating.
“I’ve known and worked with Stephanie Foy for many years on a variety of projects. She is one of those rare individuals who doesn’t know the meaning of the phrase, “it can’t be done.” She is always willing to tackle any project with an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit, developing a plan of action that is clear and compelling.
Her approach to project management is positive and practical, coordinating and overseeing the steps needed to accomplish the goal at hand. From hurricane recovery to complex activities on behalf Houston’s most sophisticated leadership organizations, Stephanie Foy never disappoints. She has orchestrated the Nonprofit Leadership Collaborative for more than a decade, maintaining one of the few collaborative ventures that has survived the challenges of true partnership. As the coordinator of Power Tools for Nonprofit Organizations sponsored by CenterPoint Energy, she led a seamless last-minute shift from an in-person to a virtual event, maintaining an attendance of more than 600 registrants. When you need someone to meet and exceed project expectations, Stephanie Foy is the person to call.”

What people are saying:
“Foy & Associates was our answer to the right technology for our conference. With so many options these days it is very difficult and time-consuming to research which conference technology is the right one. Not only did the experts at Foy & Associates do a side by side comparison and make the right recommendation; they also implemented and managed the conference technology and provided excellent customer service to the conference attendees.”
